Companion and Technology

A good plan needs somewhere to live.

The P.A.V.E. Companion mobile app is custom. One agreed goal, visual steps and reminders close at hand between weekly sessions—with a real human coach behind the plan.

Life changes. Your support should keep up.

P.A.V.E. pairs experienced human coaching with a purpose-built mobile app, so the strategies your student builds can keep pace as school, work and responsibilities change.

  1. Stage 1

A coach and student agree on one achievable goal.

In a 30-minute session they choose one goal the student can actually reach—not a long list of demands.

  2. Stage 2

The Companion mobile app keeps the plan visible and accessible between sessions.

The agreed goal and supporting steps stay close at hand through the week, so nothing depends on remembering everything.

  3. Stage 3

The student practices strategies they can increasingly manage independently.

As responsibilities change, the same plan carries forward—built with the coach, owned by the student.

The plan evolves with the student. The coaching relationship stays central; the app simply keeps what you agreed visible in the meantime.

One goal. Close at hand.

Not a generic planner.

The student and coach choose one achievable goal in a 30-minute session. The app supports that conversation with a visual checklist, agreed reminders and Ask My Coach.

  • One student-owned goal—not a second set of goals
  • Supporting actions and reminders agreed during coaching
  • A way to ask the human coach a brief question

A visual plan—not a replacement coach.

One goal and its next steps can be easier to recognize than a long list of demands. This student-card illustration is not a live student record.

A reminder does not decide what matters. A checklist does not listen. Your student and their coach do that work together, then keep the plan visible.

Human support. Clear boundaries.

Between sessions

Brief text or email questions are welcome. Longer discussion may move to a session. Ask My Coach does not promise an immediate reply and is not crisis support.

Parent visibility

goals and agreed steps help parents understand the plan. Private conversations stay private. For adult students, parent involvement and updates require the student’s permission.

No pressure. Just a conversation about your student.
