Knowing what to do isn’t the same as starting.
Personalized executive function coaching for high-school teens and college students & young adults. Start with one real challenge and one achievable, student-owned goal.
One-to-one coaching. Built around your student.
30 minutes. A clear next step.
Virtual sessions usually begin weekly, with biweekly available when it fits better. Student and coach choose one goal together and develop a practical system to support it.
Planning, prioritizing, task initiation, working-memory support, emotional regulation and self-advocacy can all be part of the work. Coaching stays non-clinical.
A plan that survives the week.
The purpose-built P.A.V.E. Companion mobile app keeps the goal, visual checklist and agreed reminders close between sessions. Ask My Coach supports communication with a real human coach.
Make the next step easier to see.
Academic systems and study skills
Explore digital or paper planning, homework routines, note-taking, assignment tracking and test-preparation workflows. Coaching supports the process around learning; it does not replace subject tutoring.
- Make the first step of a task visible
- Plan backward from deadlines
- Practice study and test-preparation routines
College and transition support
Syllabus mapping, professor communication, self-advocacy and independent-living routines help students practice the decisions a less structured week requires.
- Create a manageable weekly routine
- Prepare to ask for help
- Adjust when work and study compete
Less abstract advice. One real next step.
Start my science lab report before Wednesday practice
- Open the lab instructions.
- Choose the first section.
- Write a starting sentence.
These are supporting steps for one student-owned goal—not three new goals. An agreed reminder and a brief coach question can help connect the session to the week.

Support for the family. Ownership for the student.
Parent involvement, agreed together
Optional parent check-ins and recap notes support understanding without making parents the daily reminder system. Parent visibility is goals and agreed steps only; private conversations stay private. Adult students decide whether to share with a parent.
School collaboration, with permission
When appropriate and authorized, limited communication with school professionals may help the student apply a coaching strategy. P.A.V.E. does not determine eligibility or replace school services.
It doesn’t have to be this way. P.A.V.E. can help.
One free 30-minute conversation can help you decide whether you’ve found the support you’ve been looking for.
No pressure. Just a conversation about your student.
