Individual coaching

One-to-one virtual coaching. Weekly is the preferred starting cadence; biweekly may fit some students.
Group coaching

Small-group executive function coaching, subject to interest, student fit and availability.

Clear terms
- Payment method on file charged after each completed session; receipt provided

- Private pay; check insurer or FSA/HSA eligibility before relying on reimbursement
The agreement and setup come before the first paid session. There is no separate intake session. Any additional-session commitments are governed by the agreement’s terms.
Common questions
Can we ask about coaching without a diagnosis?
Yes. A diagnosis is not the only reason to explore coaching, and a diagnosis alone does not determine whether it is the right fit. The free discovery call helps us discuss your student’s needs.
How does payment work?
Your payment method on file is charged after each completed session, and you receive a receipt. Coaching is a private-pay service. If you plan to submit a receipt to an insurer or FSA/HSA administrator, confirm eligibility with your plan before relying on reimbursement.
Is coaching virtual?
Yes. P.A.V.E. offers virtual coaching nationwide. Individual coaching usually starts weekly; biweekly sessions may be available when that fits the student better. Group coaching depends on interest, student fit and availability.
What happens during the free 30-minute discovery call?
We meet virtually with a parent, and often the student, to hear what is going on, answer questions and discuss whether coaching may be a good fit. It is a friendly, no-pressure conversation.
What are the cancellation terms?
We ask for 24-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session rate.
